Road Alert: eGate – Cargowise Driver Mobility App Update now available

A new update (version 8.7.3) for the Cargowise Driver Mobility app is now available. This update includes the fix for the timeout error reported in our 18 March Road Alert, where some drivers experienced app timeouts preventing bookings from being created as trucks crossed the geofence.

Please ensure all drivers update their app to version 8.7.3 as soon as possible to avoid any further disruption to entry processing at Port of Auckland.

	A single item of any cargo greater than 40 tonnes through either the vehicle or non-vehicle terminal. Charged in addition to General Cargo (Import, Export, Tranship) wharfage costs. Transhipment charge split in half - arriving transhipment charged (50%) to the arriving operator and departing transhipment charged (50%) to the departing operator. Charged on tonne only.
