We have been made aware that, in some instances the Cargowise driver Mobility app is timing out for some drivers.  If this occurs, bookings may not be created as the truck passes over the geofence, which can impact entry processing at Port of Auckland. 

Cargowise is currently preparing a fix for this issue.   We will keep customers updated as soon as the fix is released. 

 In the meantime: 

 

  • Please continue to use eGate for all transactions at Port of Auckland Fergusson and Empty gates 
  • If a driver experiences any issues on entry, please ask them to park safely in the truck park and contact Drivers Assist for support on ph: 0800 767 800
