Please find below our hours of operation for Easter 2026.

To support forward vessel schedules we kindly request that all customers/stakeholders maximise the collection of import containers from the Container Terminal over the long weekend.

Update from New Zealand Transport Agency re SH1 Onewa Road gantry removal Easter – Heavy vehicles to take Western Ring Route, the traffic bulletin can be found here

Import demurrage: Import Demurrage free days as per our price schedule – 3^rd April (Good Friday), 6^th April (Easter Monday) will be additional free days if they fall within your demurrage free time. Hazardous Storage allowable dwell time and reefer power & monitoring remain the same. Please contact Customer Service, if you have Dangerous Goods container queries.

Fergusson R & D: If the R&D operating hours change, based on demand, we will provide a further update.

Multi-Cargo R&D operating hours: The stated ‘closed days’ are subject to change depending upon the Shipping Line and their stevedores decision for operations. Shipping Lines will advise customers and we will send out a notification if we are advised of any changes.

	Any General Cargo (Breakbulk) or Vehicle (not classified as a car), that is discharged from a vessel, landed on the wharf/quay and reloaded to the same vessel. Charge is per tonne or m3, whichever is greater. 1 tonne/m3 minimum applies.
Heavy	Heavy Cargo	Auckland	Multi-Cargo	$11.50 per tonne	-
	A single item of any cargo greater than 40 tonnes through either the vehicle or non-vehicle terminal. Charged in addition to General Cargo (Import, Export, Tranship) wharfage costs. Transhipment charge split in half - arriving transhipment charged (50%) to the arriving operator and departing transhipment charged (50%) to the departing operator. Charged on tonne only.
Misc	Vessel Transfer Import/Export (incl. via submersible vessel)	Auckland	Terminal, Multi-Cargo	$4.30 per tonne / m3	-
	Vessel discharge/load direct to/from water (incl. via submersible vessel). Charge as tonne or m3, whichever is greater.
