Operational Update: Fergusson Terminal Weather Disruptions

Good afternoon

As advised earlier today we have continued to monitor the weather / wind situation. Based on the updated forecast we have made some changes to the operational plan in the Fergusson container terminal.

We will continue to operate Fergusson terminal and gates where possible and safe to do so up until 0700 Wednesday (tomorrow) 21 January.

From 0700 Wednesday (tomorrow) until 0700 Thursday we will resume limited road operations and will have reduced number of bookings available for the Fergusson main gate. These booking slots will be available for access by 1900. We are releasing a reduced number of bookings to account for expected weather disruptions throughout this 24-hour period.

The empty yard will remain closed during this time and vessel operations will still remain paused.

Free time will be applied accordingly to support this temporary pause in operations.

We appreciate the disruption caused through these changes however safety remains our top priority. We thank you for working with us through this disruption

	Any General Cargo (Breakbulk) or Vehicle (not classified as a car), that is discharged from a vessel, landed on the wharf/quay and reloaded to the same vessel. Charge is per tonne or m3, whichever is greater. 1 tonne/m3 minimum applies.

	A single item of any cargo greater than 40 tonnes through either the vehicle or non-vehicle terminal. Charged in addition to General Cargo (Import, Export, Tranship) wharfage costs. Transhipment charge split in half - arriving transhipment charged (50%) to the arriving operator and departing transhipment charged (50%) to the departing operator. Charged as tonne or m3, whichever is greater.
