Robert Mair (Rob) joined the Executive Team as General Manager Health, Safety and Wellbeing in February 2024. Rob previously spent five years working at the City Rail Link project, most recently as the Health and Safety Director for the Link Alliance.

Rob, who is originally from the UK, has 25 years of experience in a range of senior safety and wellbeing management roles including at London Underground and across London's transport sector. Not only is Rob highly qualified in safety and wellbeing, but he also brings experience in operations and major project delivery. Rob is an experienced leader and is a great addition to the team.
