We are delighted to announce that as of February 2024, Philip Doak joined our Executive Leadership Team as General Counsel.
Phil has been a valuable part of our port whānau since 2022 where he championed the High Performance High Engagement model.
The newly formed role of General Counsel will bring dedicated legal expertise into the business, and will play an important role in the development and implementation of the port’s strategy.
Phil is a qualified lawyer with experience in employment relations and as an international corporate transactions lawyer in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the Middle East.
He has been a valuable member of the Executive Leadership Team whilst leading the Safety and Wellbeing team as General Manager on an interim basis.
