Further
to our Customer Advisory of 20 December 2018 regarding changes to Track &
Trace, located here
on our website, we would like to remind trucking companies of the change
to PortConnect for Express Pins.
From 1
March 2019, InterACT Express Pins will no longer be available.
PortConnect
is currently in the process of on-boarding trucking companies to PortConnect
Express PINs and plans to have this functionality made available to all
trucking companies by the middle of February. If you have not heard from
PortConnect by the 18th of February then please contact PortConnect
by email on [email protected] or
call +64 9 348 5120 to arrange a time to on-board.

PortConnect
will look after all customer support for the Express PIN functionality.
PortConnect’s customer service hours are 0900 to 1700 hours Monday to Friday,
but if you have any operational issues outside of these times, you will still
be able to contact POAL Drivers Assist for assistance.
