Ports of Auckland Chairman, Richard Pearson today confirmed that he had accepted the resignation of Ports of Auckland Director, Rob Campbell.
Mr Pearson said the resignation resulted from differences in views on Board strategies.
Mr Pearson said Ports of Auckland’s shareholder ACIL, had responsibility for appointments to the Ports of Auckland Board.
The Ports of Auckland Board will not be making any further comment on this matter.
