Ports of Auckland is fully operational today as the seventh strike by Maritime Union of New Zealand – Local 13 (MUNZ) members gets underway.
The action, which targets the internal port shuttles operated by Conlinxx, is planned to run from 7.00am Wednesday 15 February to 7.00am Wednesday 22 February.
Ports CEO Tony Gibson said that the company’s contingency planning has ensured that it is business as usual for Ports of Auckland and its customers throughout this strike.
