Good afternoon

Please find below our operating hours for Easter 2022 holiday period.

Our operating hours are based on feedback from Carriers, indicating lack of demand, particularly for night time R&D on Friday (15^th), Saturday (16^th) and Sunday (17^th April).  

We cannot put labour capacity on to service demand this is not going to materialise hence the current plan to close on the stated nights. We will monitor, and if the situation changes to any further operating times we will confirm no later than Wednesday 13^th April.

We must keep containers moving off Port, otherwise, we will congest and with a short week following before the arrival of more import volume, our ability to clear any backlog will be severely restricted. We ask all Carriers please to maximise R&D periods to help keep containers flowing off Port.

​If you have specific containers that are required outside of these hours, please contact the Transport Co-ordinators to review what options may be available. 

Import demurrage:
Public Holidays are Import Demurrage free days as per our price schedule – 15^th and 18th April 2022 will be demurrage free days. Hazardous Storage allowable dwell time and reefer power & monitoring remain the same. Please contact Customer Service, if you have Dangerous Goods container queries.
