Please find below our hours of operation for Waitangi Day 2024.
We request that all customers/stakeholders make every effort to maximise the collection of import containers from the Terminal during this long weekend period. If cargo is not moved off port it will have an impact on forward vessel schedules.
Import demurrage:
Import Demurrage free days as per our price schedule – Tuesday 6th Feburary will be an additional free day if it falls within your demurrage free time. Hazardous Storage allowable dwell time and reefer power & monitoring remain the same. Please contact Customer Service, if you have Dangerous Goods container queries.
Important note:
For the collection of Import DG containers during 1900 hours Saturday to 0700 hours Sunday carriers will need to have their DG certificates for collection.
For Export DG containers DG certificates will need to be sent to our office prior to us closing.
