Updated entry form (version 9)

Please find attached an updated entry form (version 9), which replaces the previous versions and should be completed and sent to Ports of Auckland Harbour Control.

If you have any crew who will be transferring to or from the vessel please complete the attached form and send to [email protected] 24 hours prior to arrival
