​​The boards of Auckland Council Investments Limited (ACIL) and Ports of Auckland met today and had constructive discussions with regard to the ACIL letter to Ports of Auckland.Both boards have agreed to continue these discussions over coming weeks.

ACIL chair Simon Allen says he is satisfied POAL is giving the points raised in ACIL’s letter due consideration.

However, as discussions were on-going it was too early to make any further comment on possible outcomes, said Mr Allen.
