| Road Exchange - Fergusson Terminal (R & D Operations) | Monday to Sunday, open 24 hours (Saturday 1900 – Sunday 0700 are kiosk only operation) Trucking companies will need to ensure that any trucks arriving during the kiosk only operation time are: - Containers are Express Pinned for use of the Pre-gate Kiosks located in the Fergusson Truck Park.
- Email Export Hazardous Certificates to Driver Assist before 1800 hours Saturday evening
- Supply their Drivers with Hazardous Certificates for Imports
- Are on time for their bookings

| Empty Services - Fergusson | Monday, 07:00 - Saturday 15:00
Outside of the above times empty storage containers will not be able to be collected or delivered through either terminal. The above times do not apply to Empty Exports or Empty Import containers destined for the main terminals at both Fergusson and Bledisloe.

| Multi-Cargo (Operations, R & D) | Monday - Friday, 07:00 to 23:00
Saturday, 07:00 to 15:00
Sundays: Please liaise with your shipping company to see if they offer Sunday hours For ship operations contact applicable stevedoring company (Wallace Investments or C3). For Multi-Cargo out of hours Hot-work requests contact Harbour Control. Harbour Control will then forward to the Multi-Cargo out of hours phone. NB: An out of hours hot-works charge may apply.
