We wish to advise that from Monday 2 March requests to provide CCTV footage at the Terminal will be attracting a minimum charge of $100+gst.

The charge will be structured as per below:

• $100+gst – for the initial request (minimum charge of 90 mins);
• $85+gst – for every additional hour thereafter (in situations where 90 mins is not sufficient);
• $15+gst – for USB stick, if CCTV footage is required to be copied onto an external device for customer.

From 2 March customers requesting the CCTV footage will have to complete the attached cost acceptance form.

The updated form will also be available from our website in March 2020.
