POAL Terminals Reopen

Both terminals have now re-opened from the fog closures over night and this morning.

As we have no additional resource at this point in time we cannot honour any old bookings from overnight or this morning that were not able to be used.

Trucks will be processed if they are on-time. If a truck arrives early or late for their booking you will be processed when there are no queues in the terminal as per the usual process.

If you need help getting new bookings please call the Customer Service team on below numbers. POAL will not charge no-show fee’s for today only, Thursday 5 May 2011.

POAL is currently working on organising more straddle resource for road trucks. Announcements will be made if additional slots are able to be released.
