Ports of Auckland Price Schedule Changes

Effective 1 July, 2010.

The Ports of Auckland Price Schedule is available on our websites at www.poal.co.nz or www.axis-intermodal.co.nz

We have reviewed our prices for the forthcoming year commencing 1 January 2010. In recognition of the difficult trading conditions we wish to advise the following –

• There will be no price schedule increase as of 1 January 2010
• POAL will apply a deferred increase of 3.5% to the Price Schedule effective 1 July for the 2010 calendar year

Ports of Auckland has been impacted by current market conditions in much the same way as our customers have. However, we do recognise the difficulties experienced by most and there-fore a nil increase in price schedule rates will apply for the first half of 2010.

We are committed to providing customers with a consistently high level of service and reliability whilst also increasing productivity and thereby minimising cost. Future updates or changes will be advised by email in a specific customer advisory. Such notices of change will also be made available on our web site

On our websites you will also find our Standard Terms and Conditions as of 1st February, 2009, where minor corrections have been made to reflect the changes in our Business Procedures.
