New Customer Services Team

In order to improve the level of service to our customers and handle your enquiries as efficiently as possible, we have expanded our designated Customer Service Team for the terminals which will be fully operational at Ports of Auckland from the 30th November 2009.

Our new team will be here to assist you with managing a range of operational queries - anything from checking container stock levels for a release to ordering a slot for the Vehicle Booking System.

Our new hours of operating are:
Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 19:00
Saturday & Sunday: 07:00 - 15:00
