Receival & delivery operations:
Monday to Friday: 24 hours a day
Saturday until 1500hours
Sunday from 0700hours

Carriers arriving after 1500hours Saturday will not processed until  0700 hours Sunday.

Bledisloe Road exchange

NEW HOURS EFFECTIVE 13 JULY

Road office and  Receival & delivery operations:
Monday & Tuesday: 0700 - 1500hours
Wednesday to Friday: 0700 - 1900hours
Saturday: 0700 - 1500hours
Sunday: CLOSED

Carriers with exports or imports for Bledisloe vessels :
- Send drivers to Fergusson for processing by the road office staff. Once processed driver proceeds to Bledisloe truck park and waits for gate access.
OR
- Use web-based Supertrack functions for processing though one of the Axis-Express kiosks at Bledisloe. Drivers will need to be on-time for their VBS slots for this function. This can be used for any full or empty loading or discharging a vessel.

Monday to Friday: 0700 - 2300hours

For ship operations contact applicable stevedoring company (Wallace Investments, C3 or Auckland Stevedoring)

Rail exchange

Monday to Saturday: 0700 - 1400hours (or as required)

Interwharf transfer (shuttle)

Monday to Saturday: 0700 - 2300hours (or as required)

Pack / Unpack

Monday to Friday: 0700 - 1600hours
Saturday and Sunday by arrangement

Empty services

Fergusson:
Monday 0700hours to Saturday 0700hours continuous
Saturday: 0700 - 1500hours
Sunday: 0700 - 1500hours

Bledisloe:
Monday to Friday: 0700 - 1900hours
Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED

Empty containers being delivered to Axis Pack or Fonterra receival area can be delivered during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 0700 - 1900 hours
Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED

Outside of the above times empty storage containers will not be able to be collected or delivered though either terminal. The above times do not apply to Empty Exports or Empty Import containers destined for the main terminals at both Fergusson and Bledisloe.
